Amazing natural colors from Ridgedale Farms. Each color is from a specific sheep (with the exception of the ram lamb skeins). In other words, your yarn has a face and a personality all its own! Raised by Angella and paul Cartwright in Blakesburg, Iowa, these yarns are made from a flock of Rambouillet, Columbia, and Rambouille/Columbia cross sheep. This yarn blooms beautifully after washing.
This is a worsted weight yarn put up in 4oz skeins, but please note that each color is a different yardage and fiber. Colors may appear similar, but they are not identical and may not easily substitute for one another:
- Dark Brown (ram lamb mix): 184yds/4oz, Columbia
- Dark Brown: 150 yds/4oz, Rambouillet
- Taupe: 192yds/4oz, Rambouillet x Columbia
- Beige: 150yds/4oz, Columbia
- Light Gray: 140yds/4oz, Rambouillet
